TV revenues bug

There appears to be a bug somewhere in the TV revenue system. After I set up my league and told the computer to adjust the markets to payroll, I found that the wrong TV revenues got adjusted.

That is, everyone has $14 million in local revenue, but the national numbers ranged from $15 million to $30 million. Obviously, it should be the local revenue that changes, not the national.

So I went through and changed everyone to $24.5 million of national revenue (the actual amount for 2001) and adjusted each team's local revenue to match real-life.

We'll see what happens when the contracts expire.

I had the same thing - when I imported a league, all the team revenue was the same, but there were two different figures for league revenue.
