Out of Town Scoreboard disabled?

I've been using a downloaded roster set, and only with this roster set, my out of town scoreboard option (to simulate all games at once) is disabled. Is there any way to re-enable this great feature?

Under the "League" menu, select "Online League Setup", and set the Internet League Mode to DISABLED.

That should bring back the Out-Of-Town Scoreboard.
