Game Freeze

We're ready to start our 10th season tonight, but I keep experience a freeze. I am using OOTP 5.13 on a Toshiba Satellite P4 (Pentium chip), 512 MB RAM, 2.4 Ghz processor.

We patched with 5.13 prior to spring training and all of the teams imported with no problem. In the league, we have one game set on April 1 and a full-slate on 4/2. The April 1 game simmed fine, as did the first game of 4/2. When it tried to proceed to the second game, the game would freeze. I deleted everything in the league.lg directory and unzipped a current archvie and re-imported the team exports. This time I went into the league schedule editor and deleted the game that froze the previous attempt. Upon simming again, April 1 and 2 (less the "offending" contest) simmed fine. When April 3 came, the game froze when it got to these same two teams.

Is it likely that one of these two teams is causing the problem? And if so, what would I look for? Both of these team's exports imported fine. As a test, I also tried to reinstall the entire league.lg directory and I set both of these teams to "computer" with the same result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

More than likely one of the following is the problem:

-The same position is listed twice in the lineup.
-The same player is listed twice in the lineup.
-One position is missing.
-An "injured" pitcher is scheduled to start a game.

FYI, he had the same player at DH twice vs. RHP+DH.

Simmed fine after the change. Thanks for the quick the response.

No problem, typically when the game freezes it is one of the above mentioned issues.
