Post Another ER misscoring

I realize many of these have been posted, but as I see one I haven't yet noticed I'm going to post it regardless :

Out
Single
Double, runners at 2nd and 3rd
Fielding error by 1B, run scores (earned-ok), runners at 1st and 3rd
Fielder's choice, run scores (earned-wrong), runner at 1st
Triple, run scores (earned-wrong), runner at 3rd
Single, run scores (earned-wrong), runner at 1st
Out, inning over

4 runs, all scored as earned when only one should be

Perhaps because the guy who reached on the error was erased on a fielder's choice, the computer "forgets" the error, as it would if a player who reached on an error was thrown out stealing or erased on a double play?

Possibly even the first run should be unearned, since the scorer is supposed to give the benefit of the doubt to the defense in determining when a runner would advance.

That would be correct on a grounder to first its very likely the runner wouldn't have advanced with one out, so I think all four should have been unearned. Markus fixed some of these in the patch to be released today. So lets see how the new patch does before we get upset about this scoring error....

Granted, but in OOTP, because the runners at 2nd and 3rd always advance on a ball fielded by the 1B (and C, at least in OOTP3--haven't paid attention to this in OOTP4), unless the IF is in, then I'm good with the one earned run. If the AI could be tweaked so that the 1B is playing halfway with a runner at third and the 1B has a chance of holding the runner at third or making a play at the plate, then that would make the game even more realistic and make the first run legitimately unearned.
