where can i get drafts to upload?

i would like to get my hands on this yrs drafted player (Delmon Young etc.) and be able to load it to my file, is there anywhere you guys know that have these?

You would either have to find a "league file" that has been created with those players in it by someone OR create the players yourself. There is not a way to import or transfer a "draft class" from one league to another or to create one outside of the game for use in the game unless you are playing a historical league and import the players that way.
