Tired Players?

OK, just wondering about tired players and rest them. I am only a month into my first season and a whole bunch of my starting offense is tired already. Kind of shocked at that.

Anyway, I rested one guy and used him as a pinch hitter, the next game he was still tired tho. We had a day off and that didn't help either with the guys who weren't rested in a game.

I woudl appreciate any help.

Try doing a search for fatigue or player fatigue, players tire and recover at different rates. So giving one day off may or may not help.
