Post Sealand Baseball Federation

When I was 10 years old, I created an imaginary world, primarily as a geographical justification for my backyard exploits. I conjured up the cities, the team nick names, and the players' names. I used to keep stats when I was a kid in my back yard, and I would play all the games by myself (I just didn't think the other kids would understand). As I matured, I developed a more elaborate world, politically, historically, geographically, etc., but I eventually gave it all up after I got to high school.
But in 1996 when I first became aware FPS, I started to re-apply my imaginary world to that particular game. And I also created an entire etymology, just to justify the way the cities were named and that spurred on my creating an enitre naming system. All of my players' names have a specific naming structure.

Alas, I was introduced to OOTP, just a mere week and half ago, and now this is becoming my new medium for what some have called my role-playing roto league. But it is not exactly that, it is just a boon of my imagination.

OOTP has impressed me far more than FPS, mainly because you can hit a triple in this game. I don't know how many of you have ever played FPS, but I tweaked with it all the time, the damn program just didn't award players triples. Not in simulation at least.

In closing, I see many of these fictional leagues that are online, I would like to place my league with its names and all the stories that I have created in that setting, but I have little experience with such matters, would anyone be wiiling to help or tutor me about it.

It would be very fascinating to me whether player names like: Lukan Epona, Jeran Veda, and Joman Ambrusa, would fly with people.

Thanks, if anyone has any insights, I am very willing to hear them.
