Anyone else having problems with out of date ltrans.html

I've been using Cato's History 5.3.0 without problems until recently. The ltrans.html file in our league OOTP5\IOSBL.lg\LEAGUE_NEWS_BOX folder is seriously out of date, but the ttransxx.txt files for each team in the same folder appear to be current. As a result, all traded players have the entirety of their statistical line attributed to their final team. This screws up team totals as well as individual Win Shares. Is there something else that I can try to fix this?

Found the answer to my own question, with some help from my league's (IOSBL) commissioner. The ltrans.html file needed to be downloaded directly from the league League Transactions link. It was never included in updated fashion in the regular league .zip file updates.
