Language OOTP is written in?

Anyone know what language OOTP is written in?

I was sure it was Visual C++ but I could be wrong...just need to settle some arguments

We're discussing among friends what is the best language for writing Windows applications and since I think OOTP is fantastic, I used it as an example

Just hoping I guesed right

(other languages discussed were Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, and Java)

I think it depends on the type of application you are writing.
