Cool 'About Us' page

I don't know if the original .400 webpage had this, but it looks nice...

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/aboutus.php

Steve doesn't look anything like what I pictured in my mind. I thought he would look a lot like Cal Ripken.

Steve, I think they must have been thinking about how you are as patient as a fly fisherman, answering all the questions from vets and rooks

By the way, meet is spelled wrong on that site. The link on the top of that page (http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/aboutus.php#team) says "Meat the team"

Wow, Markus created the first OOTP when he was only 21! That's pretty unbelievable, if you ask me. Or are most game producers that young? I really have no idea, but it seems like he 21 would be young to make such an outstanding game.

I've always wondered how it came to pass that a couple of Germans turn out to be the best guys at doing a sim of America's pastime. Has Markus ever explained how he developed his appreciation for the game?

Well, I played it once (a friend brought a bat and some gloves from a trip to the US) and I loved it immediately. Then I discovered all those stats and the strategy, and loved it even more. Then I discovered there was no fun baseball game on the PC, and coded OOTP. That's the story
