New Fiction League Forming

The league will be fictional players and fictional teams. the league will be about 16 teams to start off, expanding each year. every owner MUST OWN OOTP4, as i will not be putting personal player pages on the site, because it takes up too much space. the website will be made using a 300 dollar website program so you know it will be a higher quality site. Rules aren't set in stone as owners have the authority to edit the league. Only active owners wanted, as this will be a great league. Hurry, before spots fill!
