Exporting via FTP

Uploading via FTP works fine for all owners except for two. Both of these owners insist that they are uploading before each sim and that they are doing so correctly. However, I am not receiving these imports. Any ideas, suggestions ..?

have seen imports not being taken in the game recently...any answers?

What specifically is happening that leads you to believe that you aren't getting these exports?

the exports are there.

when I load up the new league file, my export is not reflected in the game.

i had this problem and my commish suggested deleting my league directory/folder on the hard drive and redownloading the league file and trying again. sure enough it worked.
