Another good ol' questioning post.

I'm not saying this guy is cheating at all, but does OOTP5 do this?

Check out the #1 prospect.

Before I traded him, he was a 4 rated prospect, than I trade him and the guy moves him to a SP and he jumps to the top prospect.

Is this right?

Or is something fishy going on?

I just started up a quick solo league to see if it would do the same thing, and he jumped to #2. Guess its legit.
