After 2 subpar seasons, the owner (bad dude) fires me. OK, I saw it coming.
I look at the job offers available from a handful of teams at the start of the following season and it includes the same team that fired me. For more money. For 3 sesaons. Same bad dude owner. Is this a glitch or did OOTP program a Stienbrenner/Martin dynamic into the game? And should I accept the offer or move on?

To increase realism, I'd actually move on. Money is useless anyway.

I've had it happen to me. Sucked because I was in the middle of an extensive rebuilding process. Luckily they let me back and I started a string of 10 consecutive divisional titles.

Yeah, I moved on to another team. But it sure was strange.
