32 game league setup questions?

I am going to start a 32 game solo game season. I will start with various Historical teams but play in career mode. My question is this: If I start the season near the end of August wills this mess with player development for players in the minor leagues? What is the best way to set up a league of this type? All comments appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In my experience, as long as your team plays a ‘full season’ as defined by that particular league, your players will develop normally.

So if I start the league at the end of August there should be no problem or do I need to start the season in April?
