This feature isnt available in online leagues is it? If so how would I go open doing that?

Nope, not available.
For picks, just keep a note of it. For cash, just add the cash in the "financials" menu for the team. |

So I would just put the money traded into the "Cash" section on the "Front Offices" page?

If you use BOSI, BOSI will track the draft picks for you. I just started my amateur draft this year and BOSI is handling it ALL for me -
1) It created my draft order based off all the traded picks 2) It has a time deadline down to the minute for people to make their selections 3) It allows you to trade cash This is the most fantastic utility in this game. Hands down. I'm extremely extremely impressed. It's made my draft organization and handling of the traded picks easy as pie. I have not had to track traded picks and it has done it for me. |

You could also edit the transaction files in the FTP and then upload them. Doesn't keep track for you but gives you a reminder and looks nice.
