Need Help Making Webpage

Hello, I'm thinking about starting a league, but if I do I will need someone to help me make a webpage. I was going to use BOSI but I tried it in the past and it got all messed up, so if someone could help me that would be great. Please respond ASAP. BOSI wouldn't give you everything you need for a webpage yet anyway. Noticed I said "yet". Stay tuned

For now, I would suggest www.phpnuke.org The instructions for getting it setup are relatively simple.
