Advice on how to grow this guy?

Picked him up as a closer as an international project, but saw that his stamina was 40 and his other metrics were good. So last offseason, I was able to add a pitch in the dev lab and he has improved substantially as a prospect.

What should I try to improve in the dev lab this offseason? I'm thinking stamina, because 40 isn't really enough for a starter to work past the 5th or maybe 6th? But then again, he's got plenty of room to grow yet -- maybe try to help him achieve that high stuff rating by going velocity?

Thanks for suggestions!

Low adaptability and work ethic may hurt him but velo movement and control, plus secondary pitch improvement are good go-to's.

Water regularly, give needed sunshine, and fresh soil.

Definitely needs more stamina, even in the current 5-6 inning SP era. I tend to value control, which indirectly helps like stamina, by throwing fewer pitches and having fewer baserunners and thus being able to last longer in the game. In theory better control should mean fewer deep counts and fat pitches, too. Not sure the game equates control with command, i.e. the ability to throw pitches in a perfect spot. I think that attribute is reflected in "Stuff" instead, which is fair.
