Not sure if this will be useful for anyone but I just created this default stirrup design that was a popular design in the past but was not represented in-game. Basically stirrups without stripes:

Place in your socks folder and restart the game then you can use it for whichever teams you'd like.

I named it default_socks_9_stirrups_4.png
