Hall of Fame not automatically scheduling as I simulate

The year in the options menu of my league is something I have to manually set every year for the Hall of Fame to actually vote. This has result in my league having some years where the Hall of Fame just doesn't work if I forget. How can this be fixed?

Good question, I've had that occasionally happen with my rule 5 draft and don't recall what I did to "fix" it.
