I failed to receive a mission reward on completion

When I finished the Live Level 2 reward for the Los Angeles Angels, I received the reward pack, but did NOT receive the card reward (Historical All-Star 3B Troy Glaus. My transaction history reports that I received the card, but he's not on my roster and searching for Troy Glaus yielded no results, so he's apparently not on ANYONE'S roster. I also tried the 'Collections' option to see if Glaus was on the team and just inactive, and he wasn't there either.

Is this a problem for anyone else? Does anyone have a fix for it, or did I just get boned by the game?

If you go to your Manage Cards screen, it should be in your inactive list. That can happen if your reserve roster is full, or if you received the card on a missed sim or something.

Now I know why I didn't find him. He's an Iron card. I expected the reward to be gold or silver, so that's all I checked. Thanks for checking in
