Transactions Morale not affecting Overall Morale

I would like to report a persistent bug regarding the player morale system.

It appears that the "Transactions" item under Player Morale is not being factored into the Overall Morale calculation at all.

Even when a player's Transactions morale is extremely low (e.g., -500), the player's profile still displays their overall morale as "Normal." The negative value from Transactions seems to be completely ignored in the final morale score.

This is not limited to a specific player or team; it is a league-wide issue affecting all players. This bug was present in OOTP 25, 26 and remains unresolved in OOTP 27.

This issue significantly affects the realism of roster management, as major transactions should have a tangible impact on player happiness. Could you please look into whether the weighting for the Transactions category is broken or disconnected from the total morale sum?
