EVERYONE getting thrown out at home?

I’m playing in a 1918 solo. Every single person who tags from third and tries to score (with good or better speed) on balls hit to outfield is getting thrown out. Doesn’t matter if ball is deep, outfielder has a noodle for an arm and guy running has 80 speed and base running. Is there a setting I need to adjust? Happens in every ballpark, too. Not just shallow parks.

Or I just need to stop sending runners…….

Go to League Options -> STATS & AI and look at what number is in "Outfield Assists"

The default for a MLB quick start is .900 and I haven't noticed anything so far playing out games with this setting.

can't help much without real number. what is the total number of runners attempting to score from third and what is total success. Devs can't do much with anecdotal evidence. Run a report and compare to other teams in your league.
You can break down by speed.

Outfield assists are set at 1.774?!
