Can't modify date on scouting reports

Hello,

What am I doing wrong? I can no longer choose from which date I want to see reports. The scouting tab: scouting -> recently scouted.
Nothing happens when I click on any of the date-related options, but the mouse cursor indicates that they should be clickable.

Bug? Something I'm doing wrong? I've tried loading a new save with the same result.

There were a handful of spots where dropdowns were broken. They fixed a couple but haven't done that one yet.
