save not being backed up to rs_one or rs_two

I noticed, for my save in FHM11, hasn't been backed up to the rs_one and rs_two directories, for awhile. was there a setting that controlled this, that somehow got disabled?

There is a setting in Startscreen -> Settings -> Misc -> "Use Rolling Saves".
