Minor League teams loading twice in a historical 1992 start

I put this in the beta thread on the main boards, but I figured I would drop it here, too.

Generic 1992 historical start. All my minor league teams loaded twice.

Obviously it's possible that I could be doing something wrong, but I don't think so, as I've started plenty of historical saves before.

Does this happen with any historical settings you use when creating the league, or is there a specific set of settings that's triggering this?

Here's what I've got after hitting "New Historical Game" on the home screen. I don't change anything at all from those settings. Pre-beta patch I also had a 1992 game going with those exact same settings and it loaded just fine.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled, hoping it would fix the problem, but it did not.
