Perfect Team 26: reset roster option for tourneys/roster builder

For tournaments only/roster builder:

Occasionally managers like to completely rework a build and start fresh either from their reserve or from inactive(active button column, which works great when the slate is clean)

1. allow moving all or more than 5 from active to reserve
2. allow resetting active and reserve to clean slate

(was the limit of 5 to reserve, possibly a league failsafe re rest considerations? seems like 5 limit shouldn't be needed in tourney or roster building)

PT27 solves the need for resets by cleaning up antitank / 5 card limit etc for constructed roster management.
Can clear active, clear reserve easily.
Dropdowns for tiers and tag controls working great.
One of the BEST improvements of 27!!
