Everything You Need To Know for PT Live in PT27

Good afternoon, everyone! With the start of the MLB regular season starting tomorrow with the Yankees taking on the Giants, it is also time for Perfect Team Live to begin for the 2026 MLB season in Perfect Team 27! You can find PT Live in the "PT LIVE!" tab on your Perfect Team's main page.

What is PT Live?
For those unfamiliar, the concept of PT Live gives more use to Live cards beyond league, tournament and Perfect Draft play. Now, you can use those cards to earn Perfect Points every day based on those players’ real-life performances. How do you do that? By setting a lineup of 15 players based on the player’s primary position on his Perfect Team Live card (e.g. Bo Bichette is a SS):

• 1 Catcher
• 1 First Baseman
• 1 Second Baseman
• 1 Third Baseman
• 1 Shortstop
• 1 Left Fielder
• 1 Center Fielder
• 1 Right Fielder
• 1 Designated Hitter
• 2 Utility
• 2 Starting Pitchers
• 2 Relief Pitchers

NOTE: Any batter can be used as a DH or Utility, and players may not appear multiple times in a lineup.

There are also limits to the level of cards above Silver level you can use for your lineups. You can have 2 Perfect cards, 3 Diamond cards, and 4 Gold cards, and you can substitute a card from a lower level for a card at a higher level (e.g. 5 Diamond cards and no Perfect cards or 5 Gold cards, 4 Diamond cards and no Perfect cards).

PT Live Scoring Changes for PT27
With that, we'd like to announce some slight scoring changes we're making for this season of PT Live compared to last year. While they are not reflected in the "Show PT Live Rules" section in-game as of right now, will be the points used. A change to the text of the PT Live Rules section will be made for the next patch:

• For hitting, stolen bases will now be worth 10 points while if someone tries to steal and is caught, they will get -2 points. This is changed from 8/-1 from last year to give more value to those who steal bases. All other points will remain the same from last year.
• For starting pitchers, walks and HBPs will now dock a pitcher -1 point, while Quality Starts (6 innings pitched or more with 3 or fewer earned runs) will earn a bonus of 5 points. These items were not worth any points last season. These changes reward control and longevity of starters into a game. All other points will remain the same from last year.
• For relief pitchers, there are several changes intended to make them more valuable. For those designated in game as Relief Pitchers, wins will now be worth 12 points (up from 10 points in PT26), saves will now be worth 35 points (up from 30 last year), and holds will be worth 20 points (up from 15 last year). Blown saves will now be -1 point instead of last year's -2 points, and walks/HBPs will also be -1 point, just like starting pitching.

The chart at the bottom of this post shows the changes this year compared to last year.

Weekly (Monday-Sunday)

• 1st Place: 100 Standard Packs
• 2nd Place: 70 Standard Packs
• 3rd-4th Place: 50 Standard Packs
• 5th-10th Place::30 Standard Packs
• 11th-50th Place: 10 Standard Packs
• 51st-100th Place: 4 Standard Packs

Monthly

• 1st Place: 250 Standard Packs
• 2nd Place: 160 Standard Packs
• 3rd-4th Place: 120 Standard Packs
• 5th-10th Place: 70 Standard Packs
• 11th-100th Place: 20 Standard Packs
• 101st-200th Place: 10 Standard Packs

We will also have changes to the full-season prizes for PT Live this year compared to last year. They are shown at the bottom of this post.

• 3rd/4th: 600 Standard Packs
• 5th-8th: 400 Standard Packs
• 9th-16th: 200 Standard Packs

Yeah, I'm not sure why, but trying to insert pictures from Discord gets tricky because sometimes they disappear after a while for whatever reason. I'll get that fixed up soon.

One quick thing I forgot to mention in the original post - lock times for PT Live daily rosters are 15 minutes prior to the start of the first game of the day. Apologies for not including that at first.
