Talent Change Randomness?

What TCR is everybody using in their offline save? I usually only bumped it up slightly maybe 110-120.

I have started my current OOTP 27 save with a TCR of 150.

Appreciate any insight.

I'm curious if the base TCR has changed at all because, typically, I actually do a touch lower TCR (like 90 or so). In 26, I personally found that too many solid MLB guys were just instantly turning into pumpkins upon starting a save.

Also wanted to see a little more consistency in terms of draft outcomes. Better outcomes from earlier rounds, fewer guys picked in the 15th becoming stars. It still happens, of course, but I think it happens less often in the modern game as scouting has improved.

Look at the non-international SP and (especially) position players at any ASG over the past decade and it's pretty heavily comprised of guys who were selected in the first five rounds, particularly 1 and 2.

Interested if anyone else feels the same way. Some people like the chaos and if that's you...crank it up. :P

I just use default. It just depend on how consistent or inconsistent you want your players to be. I know some really like to crank it up.

Thank you. I was just trying to spice up my game a little bit with some more randomness. Maybe 150 is a little bit aggressive and I should tone it down to around 125

You increase it? Absolute madman. I usually keep it between 50 and 100. 100 has been fine for the last few years. Perhaps this year I'll ride the lightning like you.

I usually leave mine at 100, unless I'm running one of my oddball leagues, then I'll max it out for funsies.
