I don't know how much of it is messed up, but when I completed Drive to the Pennant mode with the Giants I got the achievement for doing it with the Mariners. When I did it with the Dodgers I got the achievement for doing it with the Miami Marlins

I had the same thing happen to me last year--literally, I played the Giants and got the achievement for the Mariners (although I actually did the Mariners and got the Giants achievement first).
The Dodgers and Marlins weren't switched, though, so it seems that whatever issue they had last year has not only returned but spread.

This should be reported to the Bug section, though.
