Long Delay on Foul Balls

Any time a ball is fouled to the sides of the plate or 1/3rd base, the game takes a real long time to get to the next play. Despite hitting keys or clicking the mouse, it takes almost 10 seconds between each PBP sentence.

As you can see here, this should be fixed up in the release build.
