Can't Log-In

Logged in as normal. Opened a pack. Got open pack screen with no cards visible. No other buttons available. Closed game. Reopened game. Try logging in again. Get "Could not connect. Please retry" error message. Tried
deleting and re-installing game. Same message. Tried opening ootp25. Same message. Tried re-installing windows. Re-installing game. Same message.
Any ideas??
All other internet access is working fine.

Sometimes it is just the PT server.
