Players for FHM 12 Farm Team

I have drafted 23 players for my team in FHM 12. How do I go about signing/drafting another 23 players for my farm team?

I'm a little unsure what you mean - if you're playing as an NHL team, you can draft players and then find them in the "Unsigned" tab from the team drop down to offer them contracts when you deem them ready. Once that's happened you can send them down to your farm team. If you're under the impression that you need to populate your farm team roster entirely yourself, you don't - the AI will do that for you for the most part.
