This is a real-life scouting‑driven dynasty league where actual MLB prospect reports matter more than OOTP stars. If you’re the type who follows Baseball America or MLB Pipeline like it’s your morning coffee, you’ll fit right in.
We primarily mirror MLB structure and run one in‑game day at a time for a slow, strategic grind. We’re entering the playoffs of Season 2 with the 2025 First‑Year Player Draft and full offseason coming up.
If you want a league that operates at a working-man’s pace, where long‑term team‑building, prospect projection, and real‑world scouting actually matter, NABBA is your spot.

The league will shift to OOTP 27 after it's release. Ratings will be pulled from OOTP27 and all teams and rosters remain as with OOTP26. The Commish will allow GM's to participate without owning the game in which they send in their lineups and any additional roster moves.

NABBA Is Recruiting: Do You Have a Front Office Mindset?
Think you’ve got what it takes to build a true MLB-style dynasty from the ground up? If you love digging into real scouting reports, tracking prospects long before they debut, and projecting real-life player development years into the future, then NABBA might be exactly the league you’ve been searching for.
This isn’t a plug-and-play OOTP sim. This is front office work.

OOTP generates ratings each season, but those ratings are built on real-world data. In NABBA, we push deeper. Successful GMs study Baseball America, MLB.com, FanGraphs, and independent scouting sources to understand a player’s true long-term trajectory. That’s where dynasties are built.

What Makes NABBA Different:
We mirror MLB structure as closely as possible, with some minor tweaks: Rule 5 Draft, an IFA draft, First-Year Player Draft, arbitration, and more.

We operate on a slow, deliberate pace: one in-game day at a time across a 168-game season. This league is very much designed for working people who cannot regularly log in 4 or 5 days a week.
January 20th was the start of the playoffs of Season 2, with the First-Year Player Draft and full offseason still ahead.
We reward GMs who think beyond the OOTP engine and build their organization using real-life scouting logic.
A player OOTP lists as a future 50 might be a real-life 80—or a 40 who never makes it. Your scouting determines your future.

Who We’re Looking For: Serious baseball minds. People who enjoy the grind, the nuance, and the long-term roster construction puzzle. GMs who want to run a franchise the way a real MLB front office would—patiently, strategically, and with an eye on the next five years, not just the next sim.
