What exactly does the diffrent difficulties do?

I'm a begginer w/ OOTP and using the White Sox w/ real rosters playing on normal difficulty. No matter what i do, i can never win with this team or any other team i try it with. So if i move the level down to easy......what exactly will it affect?

I believe that the biggest (maybe even only) impact that it will have is on the owner's mood.

I had the same problem.......just persivere and it will come right in the end..........
