Manager Screen/Different Saves

I have two different saves that I play regularly. One is a historical replay, the other is a fictional career.

When I customize the manager screen in one save, it affects the manager screen on the other save. How do I stop this from happening! It feels crazy that I can't have two different types of screen setups. I want to keep track of different info because there are two different types of games to me.

Yeah, I have been asking the devs to change these screen UI settings from global to local for a few versions now but they seem not to want to know about it.

I would also like to see it changed to be independent by team. It is an easy fix but annoying...
