Can't sign player for less than 1 mil

It seems like I can't sign players for less than 1 mil dollars. Even players that I want to sign on entry level deals wants at least 1 mil dollars.

This problem started after the update.

Edit: Seems like the update did something to my save that changed that because I have a test save that I started after the update and that seems to be working properly. But sucks if my save is ruined. :/
With commisioner mode I can see that after the update, entry level contracts was changed to 1 mil but when I try to change it and hit save, it just resets to 1 mil again.

Had you edited the salary cap in that game? I checked a few older saves to see if that happened when I loaded them in .26, and the only one that did was a user's save with an edited cap. Regardless, we'll take a look at why that's happening.

No I did not edit the salary cap.
