Auto-Calc and hook tendencies

Why do the Hook for Starting Pitcher and Hook for Release Pitcher change with auto-calc? Shouldn't those stay the same since they are tendencies? The other tendencies don't change. I want my tendencies to remain the same.

yeah...annoying right? there are a couple other things that get changed with Auto-calc as well. Been that way since implementation...never fully understood the logic.
