Sorry to bother you again, but i got the message that i am below the salary cap floor, this is after an initial draft.
how do renegotiate contracts, or adjust the salaries?

Renegotiate is not a thing that the NHL has. Salary Cap can only be adjusted on July 1st.

Just sign someone to a large 1 year contract and send them to the minors.

I tried that but all the free agents only had 6 figure salaries.

It doesn't matter what they want or ask for, just pay someone more then they are worth.
