Live Starts - No Ratings Update

Is it still possible to customize the live start options? I believe in older versions of the game, you could customize whether ratings, rosters, and standings would be updated.

I am trying to start a live start, but not update from the base ratings. Unfortunately, I am struggling to find the way to do this as in the older versions of OOTP. Thanks for the help.

You have to select "Custom Game" option, and can select date, updated rankings ect
