Interesting AI Settings
I've posted before about AI settings, and which were the most realist. Using Microsoft Edge Copilot what were the best AI settings, and it responded like with an answer I've never come across before, it suggested:
Rating Current Year Previous Year Two Years Ago Opening day 60% 0% 25% 15% Games 30-60 55% 20% 15% 10% Games 61-130 50% 35% 10% 5% Stretch Run 131+ 40% 60% 0% 0% These ratings reflect a progressive shift from scouting-based ratings to actual performance as the season unfolds. Early on, you lean on ratings and past performance. As sample sizes grow, you reward current production-especially critical for playoff pushes. Do you agree? Let me know what you think. |

I'm starting a new long-term save today and I'm going to use these ratings. Thanks for sharing! |

FYI, the game is already programmed to do this behind the scenes.
I don't know the exact mechanics, but I think the best way to explain it is that it "grows into" your "Current Year" percentage as the season gets closer to complete. So, if the only reason you are doing this is not to overemphasize Current Year stats before you have a significant sample size that isn't really necessary. |
