ChrisG Major Leagues Join Date: Jun 2013 Posts: 398	Other teams' coaches more willing to manage I feel like fewer ML coaches have interest jumping ship to become a manager (even for a lower-performing team) than IRL. Would be a bit more realistic if more already-employed coaches were willing to jump ship for a promotion.
