Ratings vs Hidden Attributs

Hi,

I want to know something and i didnt find any real good explanation so thats why im asking to be sure i give the right information to my GM of my league.

We have the Rating ability where you see the colorbar and you have the same rating hidden and it call attributs.

Sometimes those ratings are not the same as the hidden attributs.... like Leo Carlsson at the moment in my league he have like 14-14-20-18-14-7-19 in the ratings colorbar but in the Attributs hidden he have 14-15-21-19-15-7-20 so its not the exact ratings as the hidden attibuts.

Why the ratings of some (not all player) are better in the hidden attributs then ratings....

And which one is the real stats the attributs or the ratings ? Because i want to know if the real Offensive stats is Ratings 757 or the hidden attributs that gave him 800 offensive stats.

real is whatever is in commissioner mode

The ratings are what your scouts THINK the player's abilities are.
The hidden attributes are the real ones. It's kinda cheating to look at them, but if you feel like changing them, that option is there.
