tlst9999 Bat Boy Join Date: Jul 2025 Posts: 4	Development budget to influence dev lab slots I know there are arbitrary settings like being able to set the number of development lab slots, but it feels really unearned. A maxed out development budget giving 30 slots and a minimum development budget giving 8 slots feels more like an incentive than just pressing a button.
