Recalibrate MLB international origin

I do this every sim now but I think it's time to recalibrate the default international origin %s to better reflect the modern game.

The Netherlands Antilles hasn't existed for 15 years now. Its % values/baseball quality should go to Curacao.

Also, time to add the Bahamas in to the mix of countries and up its baseball quality. There are now 32 Bahamian players in a default 2025 roster set, one more than Australia and way more than Brazil and the European countries.

Like I said, I do it anyway...but one less thing to do would be nice lol.
