Logan Gilbert's stamina

How come he can only pitch around 45 pitches or so and last about 5 innings, then his stamina starts going down. His endurance rating is in the 70's and I have seen other pitchers with the same rating not show fatigue until the 7th inning.

What is going on? Why is he starting to show fatigue? He's 100% rested, so that's not the problem. I've seen this guy ptich at Mariner home games and he can last a good 6 or 7 innings. He's even pitched 2 complete games in his career.

Right now I have a no hitter going and I hate to replace him, but if he can last only another inning or two, I'll have no choice but to send in a reliever for his health's sake.
