Show me the money (that was spent by each team during the offseason)!

I think it'd be a fun view to add to the Offseason Summary - how much money each team has spent (or payroll shed). Could be an extra pane to split the Team by Team results,a separate tab, or an extra pane on the Summary view next to the running list of contracts.
