Trading: Question about Team Weaknesses

When Team Weaknesses are given for a particular team, is that team's listed weakness only for the Major League club or is it supposed to be for the entire (minor league) organization?

I am almost positive that it is only for the teams Major League team.

yeah i think it is only for the big league club.

hmm i had thought it takes into account the whole org, for Depth reasons.
