Ballpark Construction Kit

Is there a way to change out the ads in a ballpark created with the ballpark construction kit? I don't see a folder for those stadiums under the ballparks folder. I only see a ".sc" file in the league's folder.

Also, is there a good help manual for the ballpark construction kit?

I don't believe you can. I'd like to hear from the devs why we can't? It would be nice and would add to the ambiance of the ballparks. I don't need to see OOTP ads. I already bought the game and playing it....lol!!!
