Invalid Player File

I need some help - I am a computer simpleton.

When I load OOTP5 It tells me I have an "invalid player file" - I had been using it for two months without any problems.

I then hit OK. When I ask to continue league an application error comes up.

It says. The instruction at "0x00915148" referenced memory at "0x00000e6c". The memory could not be read.

Any advice. All help is greatly appreciated.

Unless you have a backup that league is no longer useable, it is best to backup your league folder OFTEN.

Thanks, but I can't even create a new league. That memory message comes up when I try to start a new league.

I know that I may have lost the league, but is the Game done as well?

Try reinstalling the game in a different directory, sounds like the league you were using may have been the "career2003.lg". Reinstalling should correct the problem of being able to create a new league.
